The heat sink and cylinder liner are integrally cast, and the waist-shaped wall thickness structure can increase the rigidity of the cylinder liner. Both ends of the cylinder liner are thick and thin, and there are 26 fins.
Our pistons are made of eutectic silicon aluminum alloy. The alloy contains Cu, Mg, Ni and other alloy elements. It has high heat resistance, wear resistance and high strength.The piston’s combustion chamber is bowl-shaped, enabling optimized combustion and reduced fuel consumption and emissions.
