The first air-cooled cylinder liner: the material of the cylinder liner is high phosphorus cast iron. The heat sink and cylinder liner are integrally cast, and the waist-shaped wall thickness structure can increase the rigidity of the cylinder liner. Both ends of the cylinder liner are thick and thin, and there are 26 fins.
The thicker upper end wall of the cylinder liner increases the connect surface with the cylinder head, which is benefit to heat transfer and heat dissipation, and the thicker lower end wall is to strengthen the rigidity. Reduce the deformation caused by the pressure effect of tightening the cylinder head bolts and the piston side.
The cooling fins of the cylinder cylinder are provided with notches along the circumferential direction, and the positions of the two adjacent notches are staggered by 30 degrees to cause turbulence of the cooling air and provide the cooling effect of the cooling fins.
