The Deutz TD226B engine piston transfers the force of burning fuel to the connecting rod and crankshaft. It must withstand high temperature and repeated up and down stretching movements, which requires the piston to have high temperature resistance and strength.
Our pistons are made of eutectic silicon aluminum alloy. The alloy contains Cu, Mg, Ni and other alloy elements. It has high heat resistance, wear resistance and high strength.
The piston’s combustion chamber is bowl-shaped, enabling optimized combustion and reduced fuel consumption and emissions.
